This Senior Business Analyst will drive discovery activities, set high analysis standards, and mentor others while influencing investments and future-state designs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Management Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and designing business processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business analysis efforts for Therapeutics Discovery initiatives.
• Conduct discovery and assessment to evaluate opportunities and technology investments.
• Translate needs into actionable recommendations and delivery plans.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps; support leadership decision-making.
• Mentor and support less-experienced Business Analysts; share knowledge across projects.
