Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Technical Product Manager for Chemistry IT Systems to join Beerse or Spring House teams. The role supports discovery informatics platforms, AI-enabled workflows, data governance, and integrated data flows across multi-site research initiatives.
You will translate scientific needs into scalable technology capabilities, guide platform roadmaps, and collaborate with chemists, data scientists, and IT partners to drive innovative discovery across
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or life sciences or data science required.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical R&D molecular discovery with exposure to small/large molecule chemistry research.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to global delivery of cheminformatics and discovery informatics platforms.
- Define, evaluate and champion data-driven approaches across discovery sciences.
- Lead cross-site, multidisciplinary projects with internal and external partners.
- Understand AI-enabled discovery workflows and data governance.
