Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to gather information, analyze problems, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business, process, and system requirements.
• Support business analysis activities across scientific, technology, and operational initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Develop process maps, business workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
• Assist in evaluating solution options and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
