Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or CS.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps or SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to deploy advanced analytics to interpret requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across many business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in Excel for data mapping and migration.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and lead multiple customers.
• Gather requirements, define solutions, coordinate with development, test and train.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules.
• Define roll-outs of integrated Sage Intacct solutions per customer needs.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate features to business requirements.
• Document requirements into software solutions using BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues during deployment.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
