Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to collaborate with developers, project managers and clients to define and translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for:
• Managing multiple customers simultaneously to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders and translating them into deliverables; coordinating with development and training teams.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and staying current with new features.
• Defining and supporting rollouts of Sage Intacct integrations based on customer business processes and best practices.
• Developing project plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Training customer end-users and mapping functionality to business needs.
• Documenting customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
• Responding to customer technical issues related to system implementation of new solutions.
• Collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to drive project execution.
• Providing clear, professional communications and leadership aligned with customer goals.
• Contributing to knowledge repositories and reusable deployment best practices.
• Serving as escalation point for project issues.
• Learning and development through firm programs.
• Networking and building relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Supporting growth and development of team members under Baker Tilly Care and Teach.
