Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Experience assessing client requirements across a broad array of business processes.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating business requirements into technical solutions; SQL/ETL knowledge is beneficial.
• Excel proficiency for data mapping, integration and migration is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders and translating them into software solutions.
• Maintaining knowledge of Sage Intacct core and modules and staying current with product features.
• Defining and supporting roll-out of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct.
• Developing and communicating project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Training customer end-users on system functionality and business processes.
• Documenting customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
• Responding to customer technical support issues related to system implementation.
• Collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate project execution.
• Providing clear, concise communications and leadership to align with customer goals.
