Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of RF, DSP, FPGA, and embedded electronics.
• Experience translating technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps based on customer needs and tech trends.
• Translate system-level requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present to executives.
• Lead product concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Evaluate competitive technologies and form factors.
• Manage product-line revenue, cost, profitability, and investment priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and differentiation.
• Engage with sales and customers to identify market opportunities.
• Create technical presentations, collateral, and training materials.
