Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Technical Product Manager FPGA, RF & DSP in Austin, TX to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions. You will translate engineering concepts into market-facing product requirements and drive products from concept through launch.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background with RF/DSP/FPGA expertise, plus experience transitioning into product management and working with cross-functional teams across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field;Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or defense/embedded markets.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain and FPGA processing.
• Ability to translate concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Excellent communication with engineering, sales, customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs and technology trends.
• Translate system requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases and present to executive leadership.
• Lead concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and priorities.
• Engage with sales, customers and partners to identify opportunities.
• Create technical presentations, collateral, and trainings.
