Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF and DSP to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background and translates RF/DSP theory into real-world hardware and FPGA implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics experience in defense/embedded tech markets.
• Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain including RF front ends, data converters, FPGA processing, DSP.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements, definitions and business cases.
• Experience with embedded software/firmware and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, tech trends, and business objectives.
• Translate system-level requirements and tradeoffs into compelling product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present recommendations to leadership.
• Lead product concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and development priorities.
• Work with sales and customers to understand market requirements and identify opportunities.
