Job summary

Henpen Corporation, headquartered in the United States, Austin, TX, seeks an experienced Product Manager for FPGA, mixed-signal RF and DSP to drive strategy, definitions, roadmaps, and lifecycle management of RF/DSP/FPGA-based solutions for rugged embedded computing in defense and aerospace markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, defense, aerospace, or related technology markets.
• Strong knowledge of FPGA architectures and RF system design.
• Experience translating RF/DSP concepts into hardware or FPGA implementations.
• Experience developing product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD and defense-related product requirements.
• Excellent customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for RF/DSP and FPGA-based solutions.
• Manage product-line financial performance including revenue, cost, and profitability.
• Develop business cases and requirements for new products.
• Lead product concept definition and new product introduction (NPI/NPD) activities.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Manage a multi-product technical portfolio.
• Work directly with customers, sales, engineering, operations, suppliers, and executives.
• Translate customer and market requirements into technically differentiated products.
• Support secure customer engagements and provide technical presentations and product training.
