Insight Global is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and optimization of the Provider Data Hub platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Digital Product, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable provider data solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, with experience in Java-based environments, REST APIs, and integration platforms, and excels in translating complex requirements into actionable

Competenze

• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise applications or healthcare technology platforms
• Experience supporting highly technical software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, microservices, and service-oriented architecture
• Experience working with Java application environments and integration layers
• Proven ability to write detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, business leaders, and clinical stakeholders
• Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization frameworks, and product roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
