Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Product Manager Specialist to guide the Order Fulfillment initiative. You will collaborate across Product Owners, software teams, and interfaces to drive the strategic roadmap for Order Fulfillment and related platforms.

The role requires strong PM expertise, agile experience, and proficiency with Jira and AI tooling for product management. The position is based in the U.S. and involves on-site collaboration with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of product management expertise with a solid foundation in agile software development.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and manage backlogs.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to manage complex integrations across multiple products and groups.
• Experience using AI tools such as CoPilot, OpenCode, or FordLLM.
• Experience using Jira.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Product Management and Jira practices across product lines and seek improvement opportunities.
• Support Product Group-wide PI Planning setup and cadence.
• Develop PI Planning dashboards for teams to understand capacity.
• Enhance existing Product Group Jira Dashboards.
• Own and manage the Product Group Jira instance.
• Support multi-year initiatives by driving best in class Product Management practices.
• Lead aggregation and automation of BPR metrics for the Product Group.
• Explore automation opportunities in finance and forecasting processes.
• Evaluate new Product Management practices and tools for the Product Group.
• Act as backup for Product Group Integration forums.
