Job summary

Shipt is seeking a Product Manager for the Order Fulfillment team to shape fulfillment solutions for drivers and shoppers. You will own intake, planning, and execution for new features, enhancements, and defect resolution across the marketplace.

This role blends technology, data science, economics, and operations to ensure reliable fulfillment quality and strong shopper–customer connections. You will work on onboarding experiences, delivery tooling, earnings tracking, and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related field.
• Proven experience using generative AI to prototype ideas, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
• Strong partnerships with design and engineering, with understanding of design systems and processes.
• Empathy and storytelling ability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.
• Technical expertise to make informed trade-offs between system architectures.
• Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent.

Responsibilities
