Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a highly collaborative Technical Product Manager to own the PLM platform strategy, roadmaps, and delivery. You will bridge engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders while driving the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem with strong focus on BOM and change management.

You will define requirements for EBOM/MBOM, ECM, and cross-system workflows, partnering with architects and global teams to optimize ERP/MES/supply chain integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar leading PLM or enterprise-scale software implementations
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform (EBOM/MBOM) and ECM
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate multi-year product vision and roadmap for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing
• Translate business processes into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in Agile/Scrum
