Job summary

Shipt is seeking a Product Manager for the Order Fulfillment team to shape shopper app fulfillment solutions for drivers and shoppers. You will own intake, planning, and execution for new features, enhancements, and defect resolution, partnering with design and engineering to accelerate product discovery and execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related field.
• Proven experience in demonstrating AI-native mindset with hands-on use of generative AI to prototype ideas, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
• Strong partnerships with design and engineering, with understanding of design and development systems and processes.
• Demonstrate empathy and storytelling capability to influence stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.
• Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, planning, and execution for new product features, enhancements, and defect resolution.
