Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Knowledge of Ford production planning and execution.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Office and data analytics tools.
• Strong data storytelling and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Ford MP&L systems (CMMS, Super G, GCP, MCPV).
• Knowledge of Alteryx or similar data tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive clear-to-commit horizon using Ascent and Pega tools.
• Protect daily and weekly schedules across plants and suppliers.
• Act as case manager to identify root causes and containment actions.
• Report issues with solutions and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, STA, SOT, Product Development, and plants.
