Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles in high-scale, regulated environments.
- Ability to translate product intent into clear technical requirements.
- Experience building technical product practices at organizational level.
Responsibilities
- Establish the solution management function with frameworks and standards for turning roadmap goals into actionable requirements.
- Lead technical product definition for cross-functional initiatives across domains.
- Collaborate with architects to align solutions with architecture strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Coach PMs and engineers in systems thinking and requirements writing.
- Define metrics for solution quality and delivery predictability.
