The role emphasizes direct ownership of a technical portfolio, leadership in launches, and a strong cross-functional go-to-market impact across engineering, sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or related product ownership experience.
• Experience with technical/manufactured products.
• Strong background in product strategy, lifecycle management and launches.
• Experience with pricing, margins and profitability.
• Proven ability to work closely with Engineering/R&D.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own products throughout the full lifecycle, from planning and development through launch and ongoing growth.
• Develop product strategy based on market trends, customer needs and competitive intelligence.
• Own pricing, margins, profitability and overall commercial performance.
• Partner closely with R&D on new product development, enhancements and future roadmap.
• Evaluate new product opportunities and build business cases around market potential.
• Lead product launches and support go-to-market strategy.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities for continued growth.
• Serve as the bridge between technical development and commercial strategy.
