Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years marketing or sales experience with 3+ years product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Responsible for product P&L management ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals.
• Oversee strategic product plans developing multi-year roadmaps for cross-functional alignment.
• Develop lifecycle strategies including launch, growth, access, modification, and rationalization.
• Manage new product development projects from Business Case through Audit with internal partners.
• Bridge between innovation, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, marketing, and sales.
• Assist in contract manufacturing management with external partners for launches and capacity planning.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies related to supply and regulatory considerations.
• Maintain portfolio of initiatives balancing resources, timing and risk exposure.
• Design strategic launch plans to test product positioning and market acceptance.
• Monitor performance of initiatives using key metrics to refine strategies.
• Work with channel management to meet topline revenue objectives.
• Partner with marketing for product campaigns and manage channel conflicts.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to engage key opinion leaders to enhance credibility.
