Job summary

OPW CES, a Dover company, seeks an experienced Product Manager to translate customer needs into innovative product roadmaps and bring new products to market. This onsite role in Elon, NC reports to the Director of Product Management and requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership.

You will manage pricing, lifecycle, and portfolio performance while coordinating with marketing, R&D, and operations.

Qualifications

• Five years progressively responsible product management experience.
• Strong communication skills across sales, marketing, R&D, operations, finance.
• Experience in continuous improvement environments and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L including strategic planning, annual strategy deployment and budget.
• Lead NPD core teams and ensure adherence to market requirements.
• Represent VOC on market discussions and drive risk assessment in Product Planning Group.
• Develop pricing strategies and support product launches and marketing plans.
