Accelera in Massachusetts seeks a Technical Product Manager for Safety Systems to lead the evolution of fire detection and suppression technologies, bridging engineering and market needs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Proven commercial and financial acumen with experience in B2B product management.
Deep understanding of fire detection and suppression system codes and standards.
Strong proficiency in technical communication and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
MBA or advanced business certification preferred.
Professional certification in Product Management preferred.
Direct experience within the fire protection or critical infrastructure safety industry preferred.
Multilingual capabilities to support global market engagement.

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for advanced fire detection and control systems to ensure market leadership.
Translate Voice of Customer (VoC) research into actionable product requirements that solve real-world safety challenges.
Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives by coordinating cross-functional efforts between engineering, sales, and operations.
Manage product profitability and lifecycle health, from initial concept through to sunset, using data-driven business cases.
Develop compelling value propositions and technical documentation to empower sales teams and drive commercial growth.
Monitor global industry trends and regulatory standards (NFPA, UL, FM) to maintain competitive advantage and compliance.
Analyze product performance metrics and volume forecasts to optimize pricing strategies and supply chain alignment.
