Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and direct a global safety systems offering portfolio. You will work across levels of the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop distinctive product plans with strong financial outcomes.

An engineering degree is not required, but comfort with a technically complex product line is expected. You will manage ECN processes, go-to-market support, and lifecycle management, while aligning with market research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in product marketing or strategic marketing.
• Assertive team player able to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Strong collaboration and consensus-building across teams.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a global offering portfolio within safety systems.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning and materials for launches.
• Monitor product performance and adjust plans post-release.
• Manage lifecycle and obsolescence of portfolio products.
• Perform market and competitive research to inform requirements.
• Drive prioritization of engineering projects through Agile planning.
