T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Technical in its Data & Intelligence organization to own a data-domain product area. You will set roadmaps, write requirements, and partner with engineering to deliver features that enable data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes balancing customer insights, technical feasibility, and business goals, with collaboration across governance, marketing, and legal teams to drive growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with requisite experience in a software/product environment.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in an agile software environment.
• 3+ years in a technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed features and user stories for Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate releases and delivery.
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop adoption tools and training materials for business partners and internal teams.
• Foster relationships across engineering, data governance, marketing, sales, finance, and legal.
