Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead data & analytics capabilities within the Data & AI team. You will help translate stakeholder needs into data products and drive the development of analytics platforms and model deployment processes across AWS and on-prem environments.

You will partner with Analytics, MLOps, and Engineering to define roadmaps, ensure data quality and governance, and deliver measurable improvements for internal data consumers and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, data management, or consulting with data products.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with data teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Strong ability to design and explain complex data strategies.
• Proficiency in Agile methods and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Hands-on SQL, Spark, and Python experience.
• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver roadmap and technical requirements for data and analytics capabilities.
• Prioritize activities based on business impact to enhance data products.
• Understand end-user needs and identify gaps to improve adoption and UX.
• Gather requirements for data processing and storage for model use cases.
• Set success metrics to improve business results for internal data consumers.
• Enforce data quality standards and governance across data products.
• Support data-driven use cases and data pipelines with MLOps considerations.
• Collaborate on model deployment pipelines on AWS and on-prem.
• Contribute to defining RAG and LLM-based product capabilities.
• Ensure model governance coverage including lineage and monitoring.
