AllianceHCM in Shenandoah, TX is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to join our onsite, full-time team. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backend integrations for our core platform, working closely with engineering leadership and staff engineers.

You will translate business goals into detailed technical specifications, manage the backlog, and drive reliability, API performance, and data processing improvements for high-impact client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Product Manager or similar.
• Solid technical foundation.
• Ability to interpret diagrams and discuss API structures.
• Hands-on technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform.
