Job summary

SourceDay in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the platform layer—ERP integrations, data platform, and REST API surface—enabling customers to build on SourceDay. You’ll collaborate with engineering leadership to prioritize work and measure success.

You’ll also lead technically involved professional services engagements, deciding what becomes a supported capability and aligning with the platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with ownership of technical surfaces (APIs, integrations, or data infra).
• Practical knowledge of API design: REST, auth, versioning, pagination, idempotency, webhooks.
• Comfort with SQL to answer data questions without submitting a ticket.
• History turning customer problems into scalable solutions for many users.
• Clear written communication with engineers, customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP integrations roadmap, ensure reliability, error handling and onboarding targets.
• Define and govern the data platform models, pipelines and data quality standards.
• Manage the Public API as a product with versioning, auth, rate limits, and docs.
• Set up MCP servers to expose SourceDay data to customer AI agents.
• Lead professional services projects and feed learnings into the platform roadmap.
• Make tradeoff calls between integration debt, new connectors, API investment.
