Job summary

TechInsights in San Jose, California, seeks a Technical Product Manager, Compliance Solutions, to shape the export-control intelligence offerings anchored by Compliance Monitor. You’ll own the product and content roadmaps, guiding analysts and external experts to deliver content that answers real customer questions.

Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Customer Success to help customers assess exposure to new restrictions and plan for policy changes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management or technical program management experience with compliance, regulatory, technical intelligence or B2B subscription data products.
• Working knowledge of export controls, BIS regulations (EAR) and Entity List implications.
• Proven ability to set product and content strategy, build roadmaps, and turn regulatory changes and customer needs into clear specifications and SoWs.
• Experience directing internal and external contributors to deliver content on schedule.
• Track record of collaborating with Commercial Segment Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to translate regulatory info into customer-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define use cases, user personas and customer compliance workflows.
• Build the Compliance Solutions product roadmap, including Compliance Monitor, based on feedback and priorities.
• Own the content roadmap with analysts and external experts.
• Maintain processes for BIS/export control changes and content prioritization.
• Write statements of work (SoWs) for contributors.
• Drive release and publication cadence with Platform Engineering.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitor landing page, timely alerts, BIS updates, and monthly reports.
• Plan quarterly engagement with subscribed customers with Product Marketing and Customer Success.
• Support Sales and Product Marketing with demos, positioning and renewals.
