Job summary

TechInsights in Washington, DC is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Compliance Solutions, to shape export-control intelligence offerings anchored by our Compliance Monitor product. You’ll own the product and content roadmaps, directing analysts, external experts and research fellows to deliver content that answers real customer questions.

Working with Platform Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Customer Success, you’ll help customers assess exposure to new restrictions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of product management or technical program management experience.
• Knowledge of export controls, BIS regulations (EAR) and Entity List implications.
• Ability to set product and content strategy, build roadmaps, and translate regulatory changes into specs and SoWs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external contributors to deliver content on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Define use cases, user personas and customer compliance workflows.
• Build and communicate the Compliance Solutions product roadmap, including Compliance Monitor.
• Own the content roadmap, allocating work across analysts, external experts and researchers.
• Maintain processes for tracking BIS and export control changes and turning them into content priorities.
• Write clear statements of work for internal and external contributors.
• Drive release and publication cadence with Platform Engineering.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitor landing page and ensure timely alerts and reports.
• Plan quarterly engagement with subscribed customers with Product Marketing and Customer Success.
• Support Sales and Product Marketing with demos and renewals, and identify coverage gaps from feedback.
