Job summary

TechInsights in San Jose, CA, seeks a Technical Product Manager, Compliance Solutions, to lead export-control intelligence offerings anchored by Compliance Monitor. You will own product and content roadmaps, directing analysts and external experts to deliver timely regulatory content and insights for customers.

You’ll collaborate with Platform Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to assess exposure, screen suppliers, and plan policy changes, while guiding SoWs and release cadences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, International Trade, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of product management or technical program management experience in compliance or regulatory data products.
• Working knowledge of export controls, BIS regulations (EAR) and Entity List implications.
• Proven ability to set product and content strategy, build roadmaps, and write clear SoWs.
• Experience directing internal and external contributors to deliver content on schedule.
• Collaborates with Commercial Segment Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing and Customer Success.
• Strong, accuracy-first analytical skills; familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent writing skills, turning technical and regulatory information into customer-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define use cases, personas and customer compliance workflows.
• Build and communicate the Compliance Solutions product roadmap.
• Own the content roadmap with analysts and external experts.
• Maintain processes for BIS changes and content priorities.
• Write SoWs for internal and external contributors.
• Drive release and publication cadence with Platform Engineering.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitor landing page and monthly reports.
• Plan quarterly customer engagements with Product Marketing and Customer Success.
• Support Sales with demos, positioning and renewals.
