Job summary

TechInsights, based in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Technical Product Manager for Compliance Solutions to shape export-control intelligence offerings anchored by Compliance Monitor. You will own product and content roadmaps, directing analysts and partners to deliver timely regulatory content and customer-ready insights.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to assess exposure, screen suppliers and end users, and plan policy changes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management or technical program management with compliance, regulatory, or B2B subscription data products
• Working knowledge of export controls, BIS regulations (EAR), and Entity List implications
• Ability to translate regulatory changes and customer needs into clear specs and SoWs
• Experience directing analysts, external experts, and contractors to deliver content on schedule
• Proven collaboration with Commercial Segment Leaders, Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Success
• Strong, accuracy-first analytical and writing skills; understands semiconductor supply chains
• Self-starter, resilient, detail-oriented, and capable where processes are maturing

Responsibilities

• Define use cases, user personas, and customer compliance workflows
• Build and communicate the Compliance Solutions roadmap and content roadmap
• Own content priorities and coordinate across internal and external contributors
• Maintain processes for tracking BIS/export control changes
• Draft statements of work with scope, schedule, dependencies, success criteria
• Drive release and publication cadence with Platform Engineering
• Oversee the Compliance Monitor landing page, alerts, and reports
• Plan quarterly customer engagements with Product Marketing and Customer Success
• Support Sales with demos, positioning, and renewals, identify coverage gaps
