Nextech is seeking a senior product leader to own and drive the analytics and AI-insight portfolio across financial and clinical domains. You will shape product strategy, coordinate across data engineering, analytics, and engineering teams, and ensure delivery of high-impact capabilities for healthcare offerings.

Lead end-to-end discovery, define requirements, and steer rapid, value-driven releases with a focus on data quality and regulatory alignment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of product management experience in analytics or data-driven products.
• Fluency in financial outcomes and KPIs in healthcare-related domains.
• Proven track record delivering results in fast-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, data warehouse, ETL, and BI layers.
• Experience with AI and ML concepts applied to analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for analytics portfolio.
• Set direction grounded in client value and business impact.
• Define analytics strategy including AI-driven insights.
• Prioritize backlog and manage scope, sequencing, risk.
• Partner with engineering on tradeoffs and data dependencies.
