Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of experience as a Product Manager, Founder, Builder, or Technical Product Lead.
• Demonstrated experience shipping agentic AI products end-to-end.
• Experience owning products beyond AI features, ideally reusable platforms or internal systems.
• Ability to work directly with engineers on APIs, architecture, workflows, and evaluation systems.
• Experience with AI-native development tools and workflows.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and running independent discovery and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Run rapid experiments to identify high-value solutions and discard low-value initiatives.
• Build self-learning and self-healing AI workflows with observability and evaluation integrated.

• Establish market-leading standards for AI automation quality and patient experience.

About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing AI-native healthcare technology company is seeking a highly technical, builder-oriented Product Manager to own and scale the platform capabilities powering agentic workflows across dozens of healthcare organizations nationwide.

This is not a traditional roadmap or stakeholder management role.

We're looking for a product builder who is comfortable working directly with code, experimenting with AI tools, and shipping products alongside engineers in days rather than quarters. You will play a foundational role in transforming successful customer deployments into reusable, scalable platform capabilities adopted across a rapidly expanding customer base.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the core platform that converts successful customer implementations into scalable, reusable multi-tenant capabilities.
• Partner closely with engineers, deployment teams, operators, and healthcare providers to identify common patterns and opportunities for productization.
• Design and manage the entire agentic product lifecycle: Build → Test → Deploy → Monitor → Evaluate → Improve → Scale.
• Drive architecture decisions, platform contracts, rollout strategies, and long-term maintainability across multiple customer environments.
• Run rapid experiments and validation cycles to identify high-value solutions and eliminate low-value initiatives quickly.
• Build self-learning and self-healing AI workflows with observability and evaluation built directly into the platform.
• Enable implementation teams to deliver customer outcomes faster without requiring linear headcount growth.
• Establish market-leading standards for AI automation quality, workflow reliability, and patient experience.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 4-9 years of experience as a Product Manager, Founder, Builder, or Technical Product Lead.
• Demonstrated experience shipping agentic AI products end-to-end.
• Experience owning products beyond individual AI features or wrappers, ideally reusable platforms, infrastructure, developer tooling, or internal systems.
• Ability to work directly with engineers and participate in technical discussions involving APIs, architecture, workflows, orchestration, and evaluation systems.
• Experience building with AI-native development tools and workflows.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and running independent discovery and experimentation.

• Healthcare technology experience.
