Job summary

ioet, a leading software company with teams across LATAM, seeks a Technical Product Manager with a software development background to bridge business needs and engineering in a luxury e-commerce context.

You will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and, at times, build internal AI-enabled tooling and prototypes, collaborating with global clients and teams. This is a full-time remote role with USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Product Manager or Solutions Engineering
• Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders
• Proven experience conducting requirements gathering
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable engineering work
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Based in Latin America
• Experience collaborating with international clients

Job description

We are looking for a Technical Prodcut Manager with Software Development Background to work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams for a luxury e-commerce company.

This role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and hands-on software development. You will work with merchandising, operations, finance, marketing, and customer experience teams to translate needs into clear requirements and solutions, while at times also building internal applications using AI tools and prototype LLM/automation solutions, helping take successful ideas into production.

Requirements

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements and actionable engineering work
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts, limitations, and trade-offs to non-technical audiences
