Job summary

ioet is seeking a Technical Project/Product Manager with a software development background to collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams on luxury e-commerce projects. The role blends business analysis, requirements gathering, and hands-on software development, with opportunities to build internal applications using AI tools and prototypes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Product Manager or Solutions Engineer.
• Proven experience translating business needs to technical requirements.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and prototyping AI/LLM solutions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate with international clients.

We are looking for a Technical Project/Product Manager with Software Development Background to work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams for a luxury e-commerce company.

This role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and hands-on software development. You will work with merchandising, operations, finance, marketing, and customer experience teams to translate needs into clear requirements and solutions, while at times also building internal applications using AI tools and prototype LLM/automation solutions, helping take successful ideas into production.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Product Manager, Solutions Engineering, Technical B.A, Product Engineering, or a similar role
• Strong experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders
• Proven experience conducting requirements gathering
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements and actionable engineering work
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts, limitations, and trade-offs to non-technical audiences
• Based in Latin America
