Job summary

ioet, a leading software company with teams across LATAM, seeks a Technical Product Manager with a software development background to bridge business needs and engineering in a luxury e-commerce context.

You will gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and, at times, build internal AI-enabled tooling and prototypes, collaborating with global clients and teams. This is a full-time remote role with USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Product Manager or Solutions Engineering
• Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders
• Proven experience conducting requirements gathering
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable engineering work
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Based in Latin America
• Experience collaborating with international clients

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into clear requirements and technical solutions with engineering teams
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, finance, marketing, and customer experience teams
• Hands-on software development and prototyping internal applications using AI tools
• Take successful ideas from prototype to production
