Responsibilities

• Partner directly with end users to understand workflows and opportunities for improvement
• Own the development and evolution of complex, business-critical applications and user interfaces
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps
• Work closely with software engineers and other technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Drive initiatives from initial problem definition through development, launch, adoption, and iteration
• Improve user experience and workflow efficiency in environments where speed and accuracy are critical
• Balance requirements across multiple user groups while identifying opportunities to create scalable, reusable solutions
• Communicate product priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks across technical and business stakeholders
• Proactively identify potential challenges and help teams address them before they impact delivery

They are looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape and deliver the tools that investment professionals rely on throughout the trading day.

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of product, technology, and financial markets. You will work closely with end users and engineering teams to understand complex workflows and translate them into intuitive, high-performance products. The applications you own will be business-critical, so usability, speed, reliability, and clarity are essential.

The successful candidate will have meaningful ownership over product direction and execution, with the opportunity to influence how critical technology is designed and used across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with end users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Own the development and evolution of complex, business-critical applications and user interfaces

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar product-focused role
• Track record of owning complex products or applications that are critical to users' day-to-day work
• Strong technical foundation and the ability to work closely with software engineering teams
• Ability to understand systems, data flows, technical constraints, and engineering tradeoffs
• Strong understanding of user workflows and how product and design decisions affect efficiency and decision-making
• Experience translating ambiguous or complex business problems into clear product direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within financial markets, trading technology, fintech, or another real-time technology environment is highly desirable, but not required
