Orbis Group in New York City is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategic areas including AI Agents, Core Product and Enterprise security. This role focuses on building an AI-native platform used by top-tier financial institutions to research, analyze, and execute complex workflows.

Senior Product Manager – AI Agents / Core Product / Enterprise / Security

Location: New York City / 5 days onsite

Compensation: $240,000–$300,000 base + equity

Stage: Series D - $300M+ raised

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI companies transforming how the world's leading financial institutions operate.

They are building an AI-native platform used by investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds and asset managers to fundamentally change how financial professionals research, analyse information, make decisions and execute complex workflows.

$300M+ raised, $160M Series D, and adoption across 250+ financial institutions, they have strong commercial traction. However the Product team remains intentionally small, creating an opportunity for exceptional PMs to own meaningful parts of the platform.

This is an opportunity to help define how AI agents are deployed in some of the most demanding, high-stakes enterprise environments.

What You'll Be Working On

We're hiring across several areas of the Product organisation:

AI Agents

• Build AI agents that can execute complex, multi-step financial workflows.
• Own agent orchestration, evaluation, reliability and overall product quality.
• Translate emerging LLM capabilities into products that deliver measurable customer value.

Core Product & AI Experience

• Define how financial professionals interact with AI-powered products.
• Build intuitive, high-quality experiences across research, analysis, documents and collaborative workflows.
• Make complex AI capabilities feel fast, reliable and effortless to use.
• Build the foundations that allow financial institutions to deploy and scale AI.
• Own APIs, integrations, enterprise controls, permissions, usage and billing infrastructure.
• Solve complex technical challenges around security, scalability, governance and enterprise adoption.

Security, Trust & AI Governance

• Own security and governance capabilities that enable financial institutions to adopt AI safely and confidently.
• Build products across identity, authentication, authorisation, access controls, auditability and data security.
• Develop AI-native security capabilities, including agent observability, activity monitoring and visibility into how AI systems access and use sensitive information.
• Work closely with enterprise security teams, CISOs and technical stakeholders to translate complex regulatory and security requirements into scalable products.
• Balance robust security controls with intuitive user experiences and rapid enterprise adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building and shipping exceptional software products, ideally within high-quality SaaS, AI or technology businesses.
• Strong product judgment, technical curiosity and a genuine interest in how AI is changing software.
• Evidence of 0-to-1 ownership, moving quickly through ambiguity and taking products from concept to launch.
• Experience working directly with engineers, designers and customers to solve difficult problems.
• Strong product craft, attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment without heavy layers of process.

Experience with LLMs, AI agents, evaluations or AI-native workflows is particularly valuable for the Agents team.

For Core and Enterprise opportunities, exceptional product experience and technical depth can be equally compelling.

Financial-services experience is not a requirement. More interested in people who have built outstanding products and can apply that thinking to a new industry.
