Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Technical Product Lead to drive strategy, development, and delivery of technology solutions aligning with business objectives.

The role bridges business, solution architecture, and development teams, translating requirements into scalable tech while managing roadmaps, prioritization, and collaboration across disciplines. Travel to Humana offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, Lead Development, Solution/Applications architecture or related roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned IT products and platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from ideation and planning through implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies.
