The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with product leadership to translate business requirements into scalable tech, manage roadmaps, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, Business, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years in Product Management, IT leadership, or related roles.
Strong understanding of enterprise apps, systems integration, APIs, cloud, databases, and SDLC.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Collaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infra teams to gather requirements.
Manage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives.
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
Drive implementation and rollout of new applications.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and release coordination.
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide updates.
Identify opportunities for automation and modernization.
