  • Drivers stakeholder alignment and decision‑making across Product, Engineering, and Leadership (including cross‑shore teams), ensuring timely communication, appropriate resourcing, and well‑managed cross‑team handoffs and dependencies
  • Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with hands‑on experience running ceremonies and improving delivery cadence and predictability

  • Working familiarity with Java microservices architectures, GraphQL, and cloud platforms sufficient to drive delivery conversations, dependency planning, and feasibility/risk discussions
  • Experience partnering with SRE teams to deliver production‑grade capabilities, including release readiness, observability, resiliency, and incident/operational feedback loops
  • Strong execution and governance skills: planning, critical‑path management, RAID management, escalation, and executive‑ready status reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast‑paced environments while maintaining delivery rigor
  • Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership; ability to influence without authority and coordinate across time zones
