Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in a technical or product role, or substantial internship experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to clarify requirements.
• Skills in software/data engineering and data interpretation.
• Experience in user experience and translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive processes across product and delivery.
• Support the technical and data roadmap.
• Bridge product, engineering, and customers during onboarding.
• Stay current on tools and share findings.
• Participate in QA testing and coordinate UAT.
• Independently drive low-lift features to completion.
