Job summary

At Atlassian, the Product Management Intern (Summer 2027) participates in a distributed-first program with hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to AI-enabled product development. You’ll collaborate with product, design and engineering teams, interact with customers, and translate insights into practical next steps and plans for new features.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in a technical degree program and returning to the program after the internship.
• Available to work a full-time internship schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Interest in analyzing technology products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Interest or experience applying AI to improve product functionality and user experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to work on impactful problems.
• Speak with customers and partners to gather insights and translate them into concrete next steps.
• Research competitors and emerging AI tools to identify new product opportunities.
• Build prototypes to explore potential solutions and gain hands-on experience across product work.
