Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Originations - Technical Product Analyst II to document system configurations and support process standardization across LOS and XLOS platforms for a Canadian project.

You will collaborate with Sprint Manager and Systems Engineers to develop complex documentation, ensure consistency, and assist in implementation and enhancements, while working closely with cross-functional teams to validate accuracy and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum four (4) years of experience in auto finance lending or related industry.
Minimum two (3) years of experience in Systems Analyst, QA, configuration, or similar role.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven ability to create detailed process documentation and workflows.
Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flow concepts.
Ability to translate business requirements into documentation artifacts.
Experience with LOS/XLOS or similar configurable loan origination systems.

Responsibilities

Document system configurations, workflows, and process flows using established guidelines.
Identify gaps in documentation and propose improvements.
Maintain centralized documentation repositories and apply version control.
Create detailed configurations including rules, formulas, workflows, and integrations.
Develop process flow diagrams and data mappings.
Collaborate with Systems Engineers to support documentation needs.
Partner with product, QA, and operations to validate documentation accuracy.
Support onboarding of junior team members and new users on documentation practices.
Work with Sprint Manager to create detailed stories with requirements and test plans in JIRA.
