Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience considered.
• Experience documenting system configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document system configurations, workflows, and process flows using established guidelines.
• Identify gaps and propose documentation improvements.
• Maintain centralized documentation repositories with version control.
• Create detailed configurations docs including rules, formulas, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop process flow diagrams and data mappings.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to support configuration and implementation needs.
• Partner with product, QA, and operations to validate documentation accuracy.
• Onboard and guide junior team members on documentation practices.
• Translate business requirements into documentation artifacts.
