Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years in auto finance lending or related industry.
• Minimum two (3) years in Systems Analyst, QA, configuration, or similar role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to create detailed process documentation and workflows.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flow concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into documentation artifacts.
• Experience with LOS/XLOS or similar configurable loan origination systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document system configurations, workflows, and process flows following established guidelines.
• Identify gaps in documentation and recommend improvements.
• Maintain centralized documentation repositories and apply version control.
• Create detailed documentation for configurations including rules, formulas, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop process flow diagrams and data mappings.
• Maintain accurate representation of dependencies and integrations.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to support configuration and implementation needs.
• Partner with product, QA, and operations to validate documentation accuracy.
• Onboard and guide junior team members on documentation practices.
• Work with Sprint Manager to create detailed stories with requirements and test plans in JIRA.
