TE Connectivity is seeking a Technical Problem Solver Expert to lead resolution of high-impact technical issues using structured methodologies like Shainin Red X and Six Sigma. You will drive improvements in quality, cost, and delivery while developing problem-solving capabilities across the organization.

The role requires an engineering degree, Shainin Red X certification, and 5–10 years of experience in technical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Shainin Red X Journeyman/Master certification mandatory.
• Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5–10 years' experience in technical problem solving.
• Proven track record solving complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and difficult technical problems.
• Lead cross-functional team using structured problem-solving methods (Shainin, Six Sigma).
• Define priorities and drive project governance.
• Anticipate roadblocks and find solutions.
• Coach and develop Problem Solver Practitioners.
• Select high-impact projects across plants or business units.
• Report progress, savings, and personnel development to senior management.
