- Demonstrated business acumen aligning technical capabilities with market needs.
- Experience driving growth, profitability, and organizational capability.
Responsibilities
- Owns the technical direction, quality, and capability development of the Practice Area.
- Leads governance, quality assurance, and risk-management initiatives.
- Partners with Growth, Commercial, and People & Delivery to drive growth strategy.
- Mentors Technical Managers and aligns staffing with client demands.
- Communicates effectively across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
- Advances innovation and invests in new services, technologies, and methodologies.
