- Ability to manage complex engagements across matrixed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Owns technical direction, quality, and capability development across the Practice.
- Provides escalation point for high-risk, high-value engagements.
- Drives governance, QA, and continuous improvement to reduce risk.
- Leads innovation and capability development, guiding investments.
- Aligns technical offerings with market opportunities and client needs.
- Mentors Technical Managers and fosters leadership across teams.
