- Proven ability to establish standards, governance, and quality programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction, quality, and capability development for the Practice Area.
- Act as escalation point for high-risk, high-value engagements with technical oversight.
- Partner with Growth, Commercial, and People & Delivery to drive growth and delivery excellence.
- Mentor Technical Managers and professionals, building leadership bench strength.
- Represent the organization with clients, industry groups, and professional communities.
