Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Technical Project Manager to run security programs and build the PM function within the Office of the CISO. You will collaborate with Security, IT, Engineering and our Tel Aviv team to drive initiatives forward, with hands-on engineering not required but technical grounding to engage in discussions.

You'll establish operational rhythms, create standardized workflows, define how projects are managed, and help scale the PM function across distributed teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects.
• Background in cybersecurity, software development or cloud infrastructure; a security program background is preferred.
• Enough technical depth to understand security concepts and engage in design discussions.
• Proven ability to run cross-functional projects without direct authority and hold people to commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting.
• Self-starter who can build structure and process where little exists.

Responsibilities

• Lead security programs and initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from scoping to launch and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Monitor risks, issues, and key decisions; escalate with mitigation strategies.
• Push execution by probing deeply and asking critical technical questions.
